Salary and extra-legal benefits
This is what you can expect:
- permanent contract of indefinite duration.
- you will receive a gross salary of €18.50 per hour.
- you will receive an extra net premium of €5 per scrapping. You can receive this premium max. 2x per day.
- you will receive a net clothing allowance of €1.5 per day.
- you will receive meal vouchers of 7 euro per day.
- you are entitled to €250 in eco vouchers.

Vacation days

You work in the Flanders region, with Geel as your base. Every day you depart from the workshop or directly from home to customers at various locations. You mainly work outdoors and are often on the move, making each workday varied and bringing you to many different places.
As a tank technician, you are responsible for installing new tanks and decommissioning existing tanks. This is done by scrapping the tanks or neutralizing them. You always work in a team of two and your workday starts at 6:30 AM.
Your duties consist of:
Installing new tanks.
Scrapping tanks: you process the tanks with an angle grinder into smaller pieces and dispose of them in a safe manner.
Neutralizing tanks: you completely empty the tanks, clean them and fill them with foam.
Inspecting storage tanks and other tanks.
Informing customers about the work carried out and the results.
Providing advice on maintenance and possible improvements.
