Production in Buggenhout
you operate computer-controlled machines, start and stop the production lines, and closely monitor the entire production process
you place bobbins, tie warp and weft threads, correctly position glass fiber, and feed and remove raw materials and materials
you perform quality checks, monitor extraction, settings, cutting ribbons, and metal detectors, and make adjustments where necessary
you resolve small, recurring technical malfunctions and report issues or wear and tear in a timely manner
you keep your workplace clean, replace filter station bags, and assist with weekly maintenance tasks
you strictly follow all safety agreements, ensure safe behavior among colleagues, and correctly report unsafe situations or incidents
Our client is a pioneer in the textile industry, more specifically in staple fiber technology. In the early years, primarily natural fibers were processed. Due to the success of wall-to-wall carpet, the production shifted to non-woven carpet. This was accompanied by full integration: production of polypropylene fiber, dyeing of polyester fiber, and the production of self-laying tiles.
They are mainly responsible for the production of Polyester nonwovens. These nonwovens have a wide range of applications, including filtration, geotextiles, automotive industry, carpets, etc...
After years of research, a product has been developed with an application as a carrier for the roofing industry. Due to its technical properties, this product has secured a solid place in Europe. Thanks to their constant innovation, significant progress is achieved every year.
