Vacation days
- 32 vacation days in total (one week of collective leave between Christmas and New Year, the other vacation days can be chosen freely)
You work in a technical warehouse where parts and spare parts are received, stored and prepared.
You work together with a small, experienced team and have contact with:
- technicians who come to collect their parts
- customers who come to collect or purchase parts
- colleagues from sales and other internal departments
- suppliers and transport services
The working hours are divided in consultation and via a rotation system. Depending on the schedule, you start between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and work until approximately 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.. This ensures that someone is always present to follow up on both early deliveries and later transport.
As a Parts & Warehouse Employee, you have a varied job in which warehouse work, administration, parts and customer contact come together.
Warehouse & parts
- You receive and check incoming parts and goods.
- You process deliveries and ensure that everything ends up in the right place.
- You work with picking lists and prepare parts for technicians.
- You keep the stock organised and carry out stock checks.
- You follow up on orders and backorders.
- You support the management of the warehouse.
Customer contact & sales
- You help customers at the counter with their purchase of parts.
- You look up the right part in the system.
- You think along when a customer needs additional parts, for example sealing rings for a filter.
- You process orders and help with collections.
- You provide customers with clear information about the availability and ordering of parts.
Administration & systems
- You look up parts via the ERP system.
- You enter information from supplier platforms into the system.
- You receive the necessary internal training in the systems used.
The position is therefore more than purely warehouse work: you combine logistics, parts management, administration and customer service.
