Description de l'emploi

As a kitchen assistant, you support the kitchen in daily tasks with the goal of preparing delicious dishes. The menu includes dishes like vol-au-vent and beef stew, nachos and Caesar salad, a spicy jalapeño burger, BBQ ribs, and a delightful cheesecake to finish.

Here’s how you can contribute by excelling in the following tasks:

Preparing ingredients (cutting vegetables, portioning meat and fish, preparing sauces)
Following recipes and instructions from the head chef
Maintaining a hygienic and organized workplace according to HACCP guidelines
Assisting in cooking and preparing dishes
Using kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhering to health and safety regulations
