Competition Rules CSAT survey

The companies Accent Jobs NV, having its registered office at Beversesteenweg 576, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium, company number 654.755.146; Accent Jobs for People NV, having its registered office at Beversesteenweg 576, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium, company number 455.069.965; and Accent Construct NV, having its registered office at Beversesteenweg 576, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium, company number 887.120.626 (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Accent"), are organising a competition entitled "Win a € 100 Gift Voucher!" (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition"). 
The Competition runs from 20 July 2026 at 09:00 until 20 August 2026 at 21:00 (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition Period"). The Winner will be contacted by means of a personal message during the week of 27 August 2026. 
The Competition offers one participant the opportunity to win a Kadonation gift voucher worth €100 (hereinafter referred to as "the Prize"). 
Participation in the Competition is possible by: 

  • completing and submitting the survey regarding the Accent app in full; 
  • answering the following competition question: "How many people will have completed this survey between 20 July at 9:00 a.m. and 20 August at 9:00 p.m.?"(hereinafter referred to as "the Competition Question"); 
  • complying with these Competition Rules. 

The Competition is accessible via the link included in the email sent by Accent to a selected group of individuals (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition Page"), inviting participants to share their opinion about the Accent app: link
The Winner shall only receive the Prize described above. 


ARTICLE 1 – ELIGIBILITY 
1.1 Natural persons who: 
(i) are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation; 
(ii) possess a valid email address; 
(iii) have their official place of residence in Belgium throughout the Competition Period; 
(iv) register in their own name; and 
(v) have received a link to the Competition Page, 
are eligible to participate in the Competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant"). 
Accent shall not be held liable for the participation of persons who do not satisfy the above conditions and expressly reserves the right to disqualify participants who are minors. 
1.2 Each Participant may participate in the Competition only once and is eligible to win the Prize only once. 
1.3 Participation in the Competition is not permitted for: 
(i) persons employed by Accent, its branches, its partners or their branches, or by any other company involved in the organisation or promotion of the Competition; and 
(ii) persons who are directly related to the persons referred to above (including relatives in the ascending or descending line, spouses, brothers and sisters). 
1.4 Any breach of the above rules shall result in the Participant being immediately, automatically and without prior notice disqualified from the Competition. 


ARTICLE 2 – THE COMPETITION 
2.1 The Competition is offered free of charge to Participants and participation is not subject to any purchase obligation. 
2.2 The Competition is organised from 20 July 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and 20 August at 9:00 p.m. 
Participation in the Competition consists of completing the survey regarding the Accent app via the personal link received by the Participant by email, answering the Competition Question and complying with these Competition Rules. 
On 27 August 2026, an Accent employee will personally contact the Winner. 
The Competition gives Participants the opportunity to win a Kadonation gift voucher worth €100. The Winner may only receive the Prize described above. 
2.3 Accent reserves the right to extend the Competition without prior notice. Should Accent decide to extend the Competition, Participants will be informed by email. 
2.4 Accent also expressly reserves the right to terminate the Competition at any time before the scheduled end date, at its sole discretion. 


ARTICLE 3 – HOW TO PARTICIPATE 
3.1 The Competition will be communicated by email to a selected group of Accent candidates. 
3.2 During the Competition Period, a Participant may enter the Competition by: 
(a) completing and submitting the survey regarding the Accent app in full and truthfully; 
(b) answering the Competition Question; 
(c) reading these Competition Rules; 
(d) confirming that they have read and understood Accent's Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy | Accent Jobs). 
3.3 All responses submitted by Participants must comply with all applicable legislation and generally accepted standards of decency. 
Accent reserves the right at all times, at its sole discretion, to remove any material submitted through the participation form if it considers there to be valid grounds for doing so. 
Accent shall not be required to notify the Participant concerned and shall under no circumstances be liable to pay any compensation. 
3.4 Participation in the Competition by post or by any means other than the participation form made available by Accent is excluded. 


ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF THE WINNER 
4.1 At the end of the Competition, the Participant who has complied with all the conditions set out in these Competition Rules and whose answer is closest to the correct answer to the Competition Question shall be declared the winner (hereinafter referred to as "the Winner"). 
In the event of a tie, the date and time of submission shall determine the Winner. The Participant who submitted the correct entry first shall be declared the Winner. 
4.2 Within seven (7) days of being selected, the Winner will be personally notified by email or by telephone. 
Upon receiving this notification, the Winner must contact Accent. 
Participants who do not win the Prize will not receive any notification informing them that they have not won. 


ARTICLE 5 – THE PRIZE 
5.1 The Prize consists of a Kadonation gift voucher worth €100. 
5.2 The Prize cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other monetary equivalent. 
5.3 In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Accent reserves the right to replace the Prize with a similar prize of equivalent value. 


ARTICLE 6 – DISQUALIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION 
6.1 Any breach of these Competition Rules or any fraudulent conduct shall result in the Participant's disqualification. Accent may disqualify a Participant where there are clear and reasonably justified grounds to suspect a breach of these Competition Rules. 
6.2 Participants who have been disqualified may no longer participate in the Competition. Accent's decisions in this regard are final and not subject to appeal. 
6.3 Accent reserves the right to shorten, suspend, amend or cancel the Competition for any reason beyond its reasonable control or in the event of force majeure making it impossible to continue the Competition in accordance with these Competition Rules, including but not limited to failures of the internet, telecommunications networks, computers or servers, internet service providers, IT systems or software. 
6.4 Accent further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to shorten, suspend or extend the Competition. 
6.5 Where the Competition is amended or suspended pursuant to Articles 6.3 or 6.4, Accent shall clearly communicate such amendment or suspension by email. 
6.6 Should Accent amend these Competition Rules, Participants will be notified accordingly. Participants may then choose either to continue participating in or withdraw from the Competition. Participants who withdraw shall no longer be eligible to win the Prize. 


ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY 
7.1 Any disputes or complaints relating to the Competition must be addressed exclusively to Accent. 
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Accent shall only be liable for direct damage proven by the Participant and resulting directly from Accent's or its representatives' failure to fulfil the essential obligations arising under these Competition Rules, or from wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Accent or its representatives. 
In any event, Accent's total liability for all damages suffered by a Participant shall be limited to an amount equal to the value of the Prize as specified in Article 5.1 of these Competition Rules. 
7.3 Accent shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from participation in the Competition, regardless of its nature, cause or consequences, even where Accent has been informed of the possibility of such damage, including damage resulting from: 

  1. a) interruption or malfunction of the internet, a Participant's computer, or the computer systems of any person or company involved in organising the Competition, or any other issue relating to telecommunications networks, computers, servers, internet service providers, IT systems or software;
  2. b) any person's inability to access the participation form;
  3. c) any person's inability to access an Accent office;
  4. d) the use of the participation form, including any virus or defect that may infect or damage the Participant's computer equipment or other property.

7.4 If the Competition is terminated as a result of the conduct of a Participant, Accent reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage suffered. 
7.5 Accent makes no warranties regarding the usability or suitability of the Prize for any particular purpose. Accent shall not be liable for the use of the Prize, any malfunction or failure thereof, or any direct or indirect damage caused by the Prize. 
7.6 Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, neither Accent, its employees nor any third party engaged by Accent for the organisation of the Competition shall be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from participation in or the organisation of the Competition, the selection of the Winner or the awarding or non-awarding of the Prize. 
The liability of the parties referred to above shall under no circumstances be increased as a result of any amendment, suspension or termination of the Competition. 
To the extent permitted by law, any claim for damage arising from the non-performance of a contractual obligation by an auxiliary person engaged by Accent may only give rise to a contractual claim against Accent and not to a non-contractual claim against such auxiliary person, even where the event giving rise to the damage also constitutes a tort. 
7.7 The Participant is solely responsible for the content of the responses submitted via the participation form. Participants warrant that their submitted responses do not infringe any third-party rights and shall fully indemnify and hold Accent harmless against any third-party claims. 
7.8 Accent shall under no circumstances be held liable for the content of the participation form, the submitted responses or any unlawful use thereof. 
7.9 Accent makes no warranties regarding the usability or suitability of the Prize for any particular purpose. Accent shall not be liable for the use of the Prize, any malfunction or failure thereof, or any direct or indirect damage caused by the Prize. 


ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE 
Participation in the Competition implies full knowledge and unconditional, irrevocable acceptance of these Competition Rules. 
By participating in the Competition, the Participant accepts all provisions of these Competition Rules, as well as any decision that Accent may take in connection with the Competition. 


ARTICLE 9 – PRIVACY 
9.1 During and after the Competition, Participants provide Accent with personal data. 
Accent processes such personal data in accordance with the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and the Belgian Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications. 
9.2 The data controllers are: 
Accent Jobs NV, Beversesteenweg 576, 8800 Roeselare; 
Accent Jobs for People NV, Beversesteenweg 576, 8800 Roeselare; 
Accent Construct NV, Beversesteenweg 576, 8800 Roeselare. 
9.3 
The personal data concerned include the Participant's name, date of birth, postcode, email address and telephone number. 
The personal data are collected and processed for the purpose of ensuring the proper organisation of the Competition, analysing and processing the results of the survey regarding the Accent app, contacting Participants in relation to their participation and efficiently awarding the Prize. 
9.4 Participants warrant that they lawfully provide their personal data to Accent and shall fully indemnify and hold Accent harmless against any third-party claims relating to the unlawful processing of such personal data. 
9.5 Each Participant has the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data: 
Right of access 
Participants have the right, at any time and free of charge, to access their personal data and obtain information about how Accent processes such data. 
Right to rectification, erasure and restriction 
Participants may request that Accent rectify, supplement or erase their personal data in the cases provided for under the GDPR. 
Participants may also request that the processing of their personal data be restricted. 
A Participant requesting the full or partial deletion of their personal data before the end of the Competition, thereby preventing Accent from contacting them, will have their participation declared invalid and will no longer be eligible for the Prize. 
Right to object 
Participants have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for serious and legitimate reasons in the cases provided for under the GDPR. 
Participants also have the right to object, free of charge and without providing any justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. 
9.6 Right to data portability 
Participants have the right to receive the personal data processed by Accent in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable under the GDPR, to transmit those data to another data controller. 
9.7 Right to withdraw consent 
Where processing is based on prior consent, Participants have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. 
A Participant withdrawing their consent before the end of the Competition will have their participation declared invalid and will no longer be eligible for the Prize.

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES 
10.1 Any disputes or complaints relating to this Competition must be submitted in writing within eight (8) days to:

10.2 In the event of any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these Competition Rules, the Participant undertakes to first seek an amicable solution with Accent before initiating legal proceedings. 
10.3 No disputes shall be accepted regarding the selection of the Winner. 
10.4 All decisions taken by Accent in connection with this Competition shall be final, irrevocable and binding. No appeal may be lodged against such decisions. 
10.5 Should any provision of these Competition Rules be declared null, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 
10.6 These Competition Rules and the Competition itself shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law. 
10.7 The courts and tribunals of Kortrijk, Belgium, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the formation, validity, performance, compliance with or interpretation of these Competition Rules.
