Process Operator

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for:Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production processesChecking process parameters and settingsPerforming quality control and recording process dataReporting and resolving minor technical issues-Cooperating with the maintenance department on technical problemsEnsuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environmentProper handover of information between shifts 

you call up the correct production program on the machineyou perform quality control on the processed productsyou cut the materials to the right sizeyou ensure a clean workplaceyou supply materials yourself with the forklift 

Allround Operator

As an operator, you are responsible together with your colleague for ensuring the smooth running of the production process within our growing SME.You alternately operate the upgraded gluing machine and the laying machine.This means that you ensure the correct setting of both machines according to the required parameters on a daily basis, always focusing on the highest product quality.You manage the supply and scanning of raw materials such as plates, front and back covers, ensuring the production process never comes to a halt.You perform quality checks so that the products always meet the stringent standards of our sector.Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the supply of raw materials and ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. 

Sawmill Operator

Are you someone who enjoys working in the wood sector? Then we have a job that might suit you. What will you do?You operate and set up the planing machines (this will be taught)You replace the planing blades when a different program is usedYou check whether the machines work properly and efficientlyYou perform quality checks on the finished productsYou keep your workspace tidy and clean up wood residues 

As an operator, you operate and maintain machines, but you will also take on the following tasks.You set up machines and adjust them according to the correct standardsYou follow the production schedule as closely as possibleYou maintain and clean the machinesYou convert machines when another product needs to be made, or when you need to change partsYou adjust the production process to improve quality and efficiencyYou check the quality of finished productsYou have a technical background (through studies or experience)

Production Operator

you set up the press machine and operate it for series workyou complete order by orderyou help wherever neededyou move pallets with the forkliftyou ensure your workplace stays tidyyou work in a day schedule from Monday to Friday 

Press Operator

Independently operate, set up, adjust, and clean the mixing installation.Identify and resolve malfunctions in the machines.Carry out production assignments according to the predetermined schedule.Actively collaborate within the team and provide flexible support where needed, for example with forklift tasks.Work in a two-shift system. 

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the packaging and weighing machines in a cooled production environment.Your duties include, among other things:Operating and setting up the packaging and weighing machineChecking the quality and accuracy of the weighing and packaging processDetecting and reporting or resolving minor technical malfunctionsPerforming metal detection tests and ensuring a tidy, safe workplaceYou work in a 3-shift system: 6–14, 14–22 or 22–6 

You are responsible for the good start of the production chainYou cut the profiles and pipes needed for the milling machines and weldersThis includes steel, stainless steel, and other materialsYou manage the stock of raw materials and ensure the area remains clean 

setting up and adjusting the automatic lineoperating the labeling machine, filling machine and bottle robotmanually filling boxes with bottles and cartons 

You are responsible for independently operating the saw machine within a modern and growing company.You set the saw machine precisely according to the correct parameters, so that profiles are cut exactly according to technical drawings and production orders.You work with an overhead crane to safely move heavy metal materials and ensure that each profile is accurately measured, cut, and inspected.Additionally, you are responsible for stock management of the profile warehouse, where you maintain both order and cleanliness.You always work according to strict safety and quality standards and report deviations or optimizations to your supervisor.You process production orders and stock management via the ERP system.Thanks to your experience and precision, you contribute to an efficient and safe production environment. 

Metal Saw Operator

You weigh various raw materials correctly.You ensure that the raw materials are accurately weighed and mechanically mixed.You monitor the general order and cleanliness in the production hall. 

Mixing Operator

After a thorough internal training, as an operator you are responsible for operating our high-performing machines.You ensure the supply of raw materials to the machine(s).You monitor the functioning of the machines.You check the quality of the produced items and finish those items.You prepare finished items for transport. 

Laser Operator

1. Performing quality inspectionsInspecting products and components according to established procedures, using measuring instruments and digital systems.2. Preparing and planning inspectionsPreparing quality inspections based on files, orders, and instructions.3. Recording and reportingRecording results and deviations in the quality system.4. Analyzing and following up on deviationsIdentifying, analyzing, and reporting non-conformities; proposing corrective actions in consultation with the relevant departments.
