TIG Welder

As a ship welder, you are responsible for the following tasks:Perform welding work using electrode welding technique and/or semi-automatic welding on ships and maritime constructionsReading and interpreting technical plans and welding instructionsYou work outdoors at our sites, through all weather conditionsCollaborating with colleagues, possibly in the mechanical department, to successfully complete challenging repair and construction projects 

Semi-Automatic Welder

You are responsible for assembling and welding metal constructions, especially overhead cranes and accessories.You work both in the workshop and on-site at the customer's premises for installations and repairs.In addition to welding, you perform various operations: sawing, burning, cutting, foldingWelding on various sheet thicknesses and different materials 

Construction Welder

You assemble and weld various parts, mainly in stainless steel (inox)You prepare parts: drilling, grinding, and moreYou perform precision work using the TIG welding techniqueYou check your own work and ensure everything is neatly and firmly assembledDo you see a mistake? Then you solve it or propose improvementsYou help determine the best way to weld 

Performing high-quality welding activities HA (semi-automatic) and TIGWorking independently based on technical drawings and work assignmentsEnsuring proper preparation of materials and tools for an optimal work processMonitoring and complying with local safety regulationsTaking responsibility for the quality of your work and having an eye for detail 

You weld and assemble metal parts with a semi-automatic machineYou prepare the connections and place the parts in the correct positionYou check whether the welding, construction and assemblies are correct 

As a TIG Welder, you mainly work on aluminum frames in series production.You weld aluminum frames with TIG.You mainly carry out series production work. 

TIG Welder - Day

You are responsible for assembling and welding independent chimneys, as well as welding custom pieces (ductwork and construction work) in both stainless steel and steel. This concretely means that you are responsible for preparing, assembling, and welding various customized metal parts, according to the technical plans and specifications.Your tasks include:Preparation: You read technical drawings and instructions, select the right materials (stainless steel or steel), and ensure proper preparation of the components (such as cutting to size, grinding, and positioning).Assembly: You precisely assemble and position the different parts so they are ready to be welded.Welding: You use both TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes, depending on the material and the requirements of the workpiece. You ensure strong, clean, and accurate weld seams.Installation: Occasionally, you assist in the installation of assembled components in the workshop or on location.Quality control: You perform interim and final inspections on accuracy, strength, and finishing according to the company’s quality standards.You work in a well-equipped workshop alongside experienced colleagues. You are given the opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship in both standard assignments and unique custom projects. Within a specialized welding environment, you contribute to high-quality and precise TIG welding for stainless steel pump components, where quality, precision, and customization are central.You weld stainless steel pump parts using TIG technique: fine and precise workYou perform fine welding, not construction work, completely tailoredYou use filler material where necessaryYou read and interpret technical drawings and work instructionsYou check and ensure the quality of the welding according to applicable standardsvisual inspection of your own weldingchecking tolerances (straightness, squareness, length, …)You ensure a clean and safe working environment 

Within a technical production environment, you contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality metal components for industrial machine construction, where precision and quality are central.You perform semi-automatic welding based on a welding drawingYou assemble metal parts in the welding fixtureYou carry out quality checks on welded pieces according to the drawingYou check the accuracy and quality of the weld seams 

Within a technical production environment, you contribute to welding parts for series productions, where precision and quality are central.You set up the welding robot and operate it for series productionsYou work in a 2-shift systemYou ensure correct and high-quality execution of the welding works
