Process Operator

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for:Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production processesChecking process parameters and settingsPerforming quality control and recording process dataReporting and resolving minor technical issues-Cooperating with the maintenance department on technical problemsEnsuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environmentProper handover of information between shifts 

You work together in a team of 4 to 5 colleaguesYou are responsible for weighing, melting, and bagging the product according to fixed procedures, planning, and quality requirementsYou contribute within a full continuous shift system (4 shifts, 7-day workweek with alternating rest days)You receive full training and learn to perform all processes and subtasks step by step 

You set up machines correctly and keep them in operationYou perform quality checks during the production processYou make small adjustments and resolve simple malfunctionsYou carry out setups during product changesYou work neatly: you clean your workplace and the machine partsYou work closely with colleagues and quickly report discrepancies to your supervisorYou follow safety rules and work in an ecologically responsible way 

Extrusion Operator

You set up machines correctly and keep them running smoothlyYou perform quality checks during the production processYou make minor adjustments and resolve simple malfunctionsYou carry out changeovers for product switchesYou work neatly: you clean your workspace and machine partsYou work closely with colleagues and report deviations quickly to your supervisorYou follow safety rules and work in an ecologically responsible way 

Production Operator

Independently operate, set up, adjust, and clean the mixing installation.Identify and resolve malfunctions in the machines.Carry out production assignments according to the predetermined schedule.Actively collaborate within the team and provide flexible support where needed, for example with forklift tasks.Work in a two-shift system. 

As a concrete batching plant operator in Bruges, you are responsible for the complete operation of the concrete plant, where you ensure the production of high-quality concrete for prefab concrete elements such as I-beams with variable and constant heights, standard beams for bridges, artworks, TTX floor elements, and purlins in pre-stressed concrete through the computer. Every morning, you start by setting up the machines and maintain a keen eye on the production process during the workday to ensure smooth and safe operations. You replenish the silos using a bulldozer and perform preventive maintenance on the machines to prevent breakdowns. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning the mixers and the general maintenance of the installation. You work independently, without direct colleagues, and ensure the entire operation runs optimally. Flexibility in your work hours is required, as you typically start between 8 and 9 AM. This role is essential for the smooth progression of the production process in our concrete plant in Bruges. 

Concrete Plant Operator

As an operator, you work from the heart of production. You are responsible for operating the machine line.This mainly concerns a fully automated drilling machine and edge bander.Starting up, operating, and monitoring the production process;Inspecting materials and products;Identifying and resolving product deviations;Assembling and securing the correct pieces;Performing basic maintenance on the machines. 

Woodworking Operator

As an operator in the glass industry, you ensure that production proceeds smoothly, safely, and according to schedule.You operate and supply (semi-)automatic machines and keep the line running.You monitor production parameters and make adjustments where necessary to keep the process stable.You prepare the correct raw material mix and oversee the production processes (manufacturing, preparation, filling, and packaging).You carry out quality controls and record deviations so that products meet specifications.You are responsible for maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas to minimize malfunctions and downtime. 

As an operator, you are responsible together with your colleague for ensuring the smooth running of the production process within our growing SME.You alternately operate the upgraded gluing machine and the laying machine.This means that you ensure the correct setting of both machines according to the required parameters on a daily basis, always focusing on the highest product quality.You manage the supply and scanning of raw materials such as plates, front and back covers, ensuring the production process never comes to a halt.You perform quality checks so that the products always meet the stringent standards of our sector.Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the supply of raw materials and ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. 

Sawmill Operator

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the packaging and weighing machines in a cooled production environment.Your duties include, among other things:Operating and setting up the packaging and weighing machineChecking the quality and accuracy of the weighing and packaging processDetecting and reporting or resolving minor technical malfunctionsPerforming metal detection tests and ensuring a tidy, safe workplaceYou work in a 3-shift system: 6–14, 14–22 or 22–6

You check the quality of the planed wood and report deviations in finish or dimensions. You ensure the finishing and work precisely with attention to detail. You work according to the applicable safety regulations on the shop floor. You keep your workstation orderly and tidy during and after production. You coordinate with colleagues and your supervisor to achieve production targets.
