You will work in the department where beer is brewed.
First and foremost, you will receive intensive on-the-job training, during which you will learn exactly what the brewing process entails.
You will perform this job in a rotating 2-shift system where one week you work in the morning shift, another week in the afternoon shift, and every third week in the day shift.
- you will be responsible for processing raw materials, brewing, monitoring the fermentation and maturation process, filtration of the beers, ...
- you clean the brewing installations
- you monitor the parameters in the computer system
