Salary and extra-legal benefits
This is what your package looks like:
- A starting salary of € 16.80 gross per hour
- Working in 3 shifts: morning shift (06 am to 2 pm), afternoon shift (2 pm to 10 pm), and night shift (starting Monday 10 pm to 6 am)
- Additional shift premiums for working in 3 shifts: morning shift € 0.63, afternoon shift € 0.71, night shift € 2.48
- Meal vouchers of 10 euros per worked day
- A permanent, full-time job of 38 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8 hours per day and Friday 6 hours)
- Contract of indefinite duration after a successful period via Accent
- Bicycle allowance for those who prefer cycling to work
- Commuting allowance for those traveling by car

The production operator works in 3 shifts at our client in Maasmechelen and handles the daily production and packaging activities.
- Starting up, setting, and operating production machines.
- Supplying production, both manually and with the forklift.
- Conducting quality checks using a checklist.
- Packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipping or pickup by logistics colleagues.
- Cleaning and keeping the workspace tidy.
- Performing manual tasks within the production process.
- You work in a clean environment with a focus on hygiene, order, and neatness.
- You work in a 3-shift system.
- You are part of a dynamic and close-knit team.
