The following qualifications and availability are required for the position of Warehouse Worker (Orderpicker).

  • Experience in order picking.
  • Experience working with vegetables and fruit.
  • Accuracy, motivation to work, and the ability to maintain a good work pace.
  • Independence, responsibility, and the ability to cooperate in a team.
  • Willingness to work in low temperatures and flexibility regarding working hours, including from 18:30 to 3:00 and from Sunday evening to Saturday morning, with one agreed free evening per week.

Vacation days

The company does not plan a collective shutdown during the holiday period.

  • At Christmas and Easter, work takes place exclusively on the night shift.
  • During the summer period, a maximum of 2 weeks of vacation can be scheduled.
  • The vacation date is agreed in advance with the team leader.

The position is in the fruit and vegetable department, in an environment related to the distribution of fresh produce.

As an order picker in the fruit and vegetable department, you will be responsible for preparing goods in accordance with orders.

  • Picking vegetables and fruit based on order forms
  • Preparing and sorting the appropriate products
  • Quality control of goods
  • Checking whether orders have been prepared correctly
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace
