Job description

For the vacancy as Production Engineer/Powder Cutter, we are looking for a candidate with lots of enthusiasm to fly in. Your duties will look like this:

  • You are responsible for checking that the painted materials are properly finished and take them off the paint line. This may be manually, with an overhead crane or forklift truck.

  • Setting up, operating and maintaining the coating installations

  • Packaging of parts


Your profile

For a company in the region of Eeklo, we are looking for a candidate for the vacancy as a Production Worker/Powder Cutter. These are the required qualifications:

  • Industrious / eager to learn

  • Technical insight / eye for detail

  • Feels for metal

  • Works smoothly in a team as well as independently

  • Taking decisions on own initiative

  • Ability to give feedback on work delivered to colleagues

  • Sense of order and tidiness

  • Forklift or overhead crane certificate is a plus

  • Gun spraying or knowledge of powder coating is a big advantage

  • Important: willing to work in shifts

  • Working day: alternating shifts from 5.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. on Friday from 5.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 12.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m
