- Gross between €2400 - €3200 per month, depending on experience

The team is led by Flavia, who, with 4 years of experience at Accent, strongly focuses on coaching, trust and personal growth. You immediately feel: here you are supported, challenged and encouraged to continue developing yourself.
Together with experienced recruiters Diana and Deniza, you ensure a warm welcome for candidates and guide them step by step through their journey towards work. Thanks to the multilingualism within the team (Romanian, Albanian, Dutch and English), you can optimally support candidates, both administratively and substantively.
From the office in Bruges, you focus on the Industry & Production sector, where you guide workers towards a new professional challenge.

As a recruiter you are an easy conversationalist, you really listen to people and you feel that connection when someone is in the right place. You give candidates confidence, open doors at companies and make sure the puzzle fits. Not by asking standard questions, but by being curious as a recruiter, spotting opportunities and helping people move forward.
What does the job as a recruiter look like?
Your role as a recruiter is versatile and people-oriented. No day is the same, although as a recruiter you can certainly expect the following:
• Morning start with your team: as a recruiter, you review the priorities of the day together with fellow recruiters. You work independently, but you can always rely on other recruiters and your team manager.
• Meeting candidates: as a recruiter, you speak to people who are looking for a new job. You discover their talents, dreams and needs. Then you help them move forward: you suggest vacancies, give tips and make sure they start their application well prepared.
• Bringing vacancies to life: as a recruiter, you write attractive vacancy texts and make sure they reach the right people. You know the companies in your region inside out and, as a recruiter, know what makes them unique.
• Contact with companies: as a recruiter, you introduce candidates to companies where they truly fit. These may be existing clients, but also new companies that are not yet familiar with Accent. Prospecting does not intimidate you as a recruiter: you know how to convince companies with strong candidates, your enthusiasm and your professional approach.
• Sales and targets: as a recruiter, you deal with deadlines, expectations and sometimes complex situations. At the same time, as a recruiter you work towards clear objectives. This requires perseverance, courage and creativity. That is precisely where the magic of a job as a recruiter lies: you enjoy the challenge that sales brings.
• Achieving results: as a recruiter, you keep an overview, follow up on your objectives and celebrate your progress and successes together with your team.
