Description de l'emploi

For the role of all-round employee, you can be assigned to either the dining area or the kitchen.

Here’s what your responsibilities will look like in the dining area:

You welcome guests and guide them to their table.
You take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure that dishes are served timely and correctly.
You remain attentive to any additional requests and orders.
You maintain cleanliness in the dining area and clear and set tables for the next guests.
You handle payments at the end of the dining experience.
If you are assigned to the kitchen, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing mise-en-place before the start of the shift.
Assisting in the preparation of dishes according to recipes.
Ensuring food safety standards and hygiene regulations are always followed.
Cutting vegetables, preparing sauces and dressings, and assisting in plating dishes.

Votre profil

For this all-round employee role, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

You are a hospitable person and strong team player.
Enthusiasm, dynamism, and a positive attitude are characteristic of you.
You are a versatile individual with strong communication skills.
You can handle working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
You have a passion for food preparation.
Experience in the kitchen and/or dining area is a plus.
You speak Dutch, English, or French.
