How Does the Application Process Look?
After a positive interview at our office, we will immediately introduce you to the client.
The first interview will take place digitally (about 1 hour).
You can expect feedback within 48 hours.

For the call center agent position, your tasks will include:

We are looking for multiple outbound call agents for this company. Currently, we need people for a project focused on energy contracts (both B2B and B2C).

After your training, you will offer customers and prospects new or additional products and/or services over the phone.
Surprise customers or prospects with your creativity and convince them with your arguments.
These projects span various sectors.
No need to worry about administrative tasks, as there is a separate administrative department for that.

Votre profil

For the call center agent vacancy, you should have the following qualities:

You have a commercial mindset.
Achieving your personal targets gives you satisfaction.
You possess a significant amount of persuasive power and perseverance.
You speak fluent Dutch.
Experience is not required.
You are proficient in computer usage.
You have a strong interest in the energy market.
