What is your role?
As a Bank Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our company and our German-speaking customers.
Your fluency in your mother tongue, along with proficiency in French, Dutch, or English, will enable you to provide top-tier support, resolve inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
Utilize your language proficiency to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Votre profil
Wich kind of profile are we looking for?
- Fluency in German
- Fluent in French & Dutch is necessary (English is also a good point) to engage effectively with our diverse customer base
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster strong customer relationships
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory - a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
