What are your responsibilities as an operator in een industrial bakery?
- Operate, set and monitor automated bakery machines and production lines according to production planning and specifications
- Oversee the baking process, including dough preparation, kneading, rising, baking and packaging
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations
- Identify and resolve operational problems or malfunctions during the production process
- Perform quality checks on products and record production data
- Perform maintenance work on machinery and equipment
Votre profil
- Experience as an industrial baker/operator in a production environment, preferably in the food sector
- Knowledge of baking processes, dough preparation and operating automated machines
- Understanding of quality standards and food safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
- Flexibility in working hours, as the company works in shifts
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a production environment
