For the position of Restaurant Manager, we are looking for a natural leader to fulfill the following tasks:
You present yourself as a strong believer in the company and are the driving force behind its concept.
You know the company values better than anyone and ensure that the team upholds them.
You are responsible for the daily operational management of the restaurant, ensuring customers have a memorable experience.
You serve as a role model, training, motivating, and inspiring your team.
Safety and hygiene are paramount to you; you ensure that all legislation and internal procedures are always followed.
You are knowledgeable about P&L, can handle mystery guest reports, and understand KPIs.
You manage staff costs, food costs, and financial forecasts.
With a helicopter view, you keep everything under control.
