For the job as a supervisor in production, we are looking for someone who:


  • Has a first work experience as a team leader, production manager, foreman, line manager, or production chief.

  • Is not afraid to get their hands dirty and help their team.

  • A first work experience within a packaging environment or food company is a huge plus.

  • Is communicative, systematic and knows how to earn the respect of their team.

  • Can communicate well in Dutch or English.

  • Must be prepared to work in production.


Votre profil




As a production manager in a food company, you will be responsible for:

  • setting up computer-controlled machines.

  • actively helping your team.

  • leading a team of people (10 to 15) and being involved daily with their guidance, direction, and coaching.

  • the results of your team in terms of productivity, quality, and efficiency. You manage to translate your own targets into concrete goals for your team and steer your employees in the right direction.

  • informing about the daily operations of the project and reporting problem situations.

  • seeing potential and bringing out the best in your people.

  • Through your enthusiastic and dynamic approach, you succeed as a production manager in continuously motivating your team.



You start in production to get to know the product and the company, and after a positive evaluation, you will then move on to the higher position.
