Maintenance Technician

As a Facility Technician, you are responsible for performing and coordinating facility tasks on the company premises. You ensure that both minor and complex malfunctions are efficiently resolved and contribute to a safe and well-maintained work environment.Tasks:Resolving facility malfunctions and performing maintenance on installations such as steam systems, water purification systems, and compressed air compressors.Performing safety checks and weekly tests (e.g., sprinkler systems, roof inspections).Supervising contractors and suppliers during on-site work.Carrying out general facility tasks such as replacing lights, installing fencing, and making structural repairs.*Actively following up and resolving safety reports. 

As a technician, you are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of installations used in the production of flour, flour, and feed. You ensure that the entire production process – from raw material to packaging – continues to run smoothly on a technical level.Your tasks as a technician:• Performing preventive maintenance on machines and production lines• Quickly and efficiently resolving technical malfunctions (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)• Contributing to improvements of the production installations• Supervising external technicians or suppliers during larger interventions• Providing technical support to operators and production colleagues• Recording completed work in the maintenance system• Contributing to a safe and tidy workplace 

You perform daily and preventive maintenance on rooms, technical installations, and public areas.You resolve technical malfunctions in, among other things, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and lighting.You carry out small repairs and technical interventions based on reports and planned inspections.You report technical defects and areas for improvement and follow up on necessary actions.You coordinate work with external suppliers and contractors and supervise interventions when necessary.You ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in technical spaces and around installations, in accordance with safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.You support other departments with technical questions and practical interventions. 

As a maintenance technician in electricity, you ensure that installations continue to operate properly and safely. You carry out maintenance, solve malfunctions, and assist with various electrical tasks.You carry out maintenance work on technical installations.You replace filters and help with cleaning installations, boiler rooms and air ducts.You safely connect and disconnect electrical installations.You carry out measurements on electrical installations.You detect malfunctions and help resolve them.You work on fans, pumps, valves and other technical installations.You read electrical and technical plans.You ensure a safe shutdown and restart of installations.You always work according to the safety regulations. 

Electrical Maintenance Technician

As a service technician, you are responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining vending machines, bread ovens, and coffee machines.You are part of an independent technical service where you represent the company. 

Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you work in various regions in Belgium on technical installations at gas stations.You maintain and repair fuel pumps, EV chargers, level measurement systems, surveillance systems, oil separators, and tanks.You install devices on-site and set them up correctly for operation.You detect defects, diagnose issues, and perform service interventions in case of malfunctions.You receive your assignments via the service module on your laptop, carry out the interventions, and properly close them upon completion.When parts need to be ordered, you create a follow-up notification so that the planning can proceed accordingly. 

Field Service Technician

For the vacancy of Maintenance Technician in the Hoogstraten region, you recognize yourself in the following task package:-Resolve malfunctions independently to prevent production downtime.-Set up and adjust machines and peripheral equipment during product changes.-Operate and start machines for correct functioning.-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.-Accurately record malfunctions, setup times, and maintenance.-Release production after interventions in consultation with the quality department.-Check product quality and report deviations.-Comply with and improve hygiene, safety, and 5S rules. 

As a service technician/installer, you are responsible for the installation and startup of production lines at clients. Depending on the projects, you work independently or in a team to install and commission the systems according to client specifications.You work closely with the project leader, programmer, and designers to ensure that the production line operates optimally. The goal of your role is to perfectly adjust the production line and ensure that it is ready for production, in line with client requirements.This position is not a 9-to-5 job and requires frequent travel, often abroad. As an installer, you are also available to provide interventions and support as a service technician at clients, for both preventive maintenance and urgent repairs. 

As a passionate technician at the Marine and Industry sites, you see it as an incredible challenge to perform diagnoses and repairs.You will:Visit customers on-siteAnalyze engine malfunctions and solve them efficiently.Ensure a professional workflow and smooth handling ofinterventions, together with the back office.This job is certainly not a final station, but can be a springboard to more; in other words, we offer you a job witha training plan.
