Description de l'emploi


Our client is looking for a reliable person for this vacancy as a road sign installer in Averbode. Your duties will be as follows:

  • your working day starts at 6 a.m;

  • you are at the warehouse every day at 5:45 am;

  • here you get the planning for the coming working day;

  • together with a regular colleague you leave for the various construction sites;

  • these sites are located in the provinces of Limburg, Flemish Brabant and Antwerp;

  • you will be taught everything by your colleague on the job;

  • you are responsible for placing various types of road markings;

  • you draw lines;

  • you paint lines;

  • you place frames correctly;

  • you are responsible for placing different types of road signs;

  • for example, in newly built residential areas;

  • you also carry out work for government files;

  • you place traffic signs;

  • per day this can amount to as many as 25 to 30 traffic signs;

  • you manually dig a hole or drill a hole through the pavement;

  • when the traffic sign is placed, you fill up the hole again;

  • throughout the day, you will pick up lean concrete when necessary;

  • placing crash barriers;

  • you regularly use a drill and a breaker;

  • loading the van is done alternately in the morning or after the working day;

  • you clean the van whenever necessary;

  • you help your colleagues where necessary;
