For the job as butcher/meat cutter in the Maldegem region, you will perform the following tasks:You cut the pork carcassesYou cut the meat in the correct mannerYou remove the bones to further process the piecesYou ensure that quality is delivered 

As a Versatile Slaughterer, you work in our modern slaughterhouse, where great attention is paid to safety and animal welfare. Together with a motivated team, you perform various tasks on the slaughter line, each with its own specialization.Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will be assigned to one of the various workstations, including:Removing entrails (red/white organs);Processing of intestinal packages;Cleaning of filet mignon;Removing fat residues;And other slaughter tasks according to legal guidelines.You work with professional equipment and always follow the strictest regulations regarding food safety and animal welfare. The integrity of the entire process is monitored daily by veterinarians from the FAVV. The slaughter line processes an average of 700 pigs per hour, making teamwork, pace, and precision crucial.

As a pork meat deboner, your responsibilities include:• Deboning and cutting pork carcasses into various parts• Working safely and efficiently with knives and specialized tools• Ensuring high-quality meat pieces in accordance with company standards• Strictly adhering to hygiene, safety, and food regulations• Keeping the workplace clean and organized• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth production flow

Part-time

As a Polyvalent Butcher, you work in a slaughterhouse on the slaughter line, where safety, animal welfare, and food safety are central. You perform slaughter tasks at a fixed workstation on the line, tailored to the tasks needed at that moment. You remove intestines and process red and white organs according to the applicable guidelines. You process intestine packages and clean filet mignon. You remove fat residues and perform other actions on the slaughter line using professional tools. You work accurately in a line that processes approximately 700 pigs per hour, in collaboration with colleagues and under daily supervision of veterinarians from the FAVV. 

Your main task is slaughtering the cattle and cutting their meat.You remove white &amp; red organs.You extract intestinal packages.You remove fat.You weigh carcasses and sort them by size before placing them in the cold storage.You receive the live animals and guide them to the slaughter line.
