For the site in Wielsbeke, we are looking for an operator for the "packaging" department. What are your tasks?You package frozen potato products, such as fries, with great care and precisionYou set up the computer-controlled machinesYou check the quality of the productsYou solve problems when breakdowns occurYou replace the foil rolls when necessaryYou clean and rebuild the machinesYou assist your colleagues if you have time and your machine is working well 

Packing Operator

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the packaging and weighing machines in a cooled production environment.Your duties include, among other things:Operating and setting up the packaging and weighing machineChecking the quality and accuracy of the weighing and packaging processDetecting and reporting or resolving minor technical malfunctionsPerforming metal detection tests and ensuring a tidy, safe workplaceYou work in a 3-shift system: 6–14, 14–22 or 22–6 

 You pack profiles according to the agreed method. You check the quality of the profiles and report deviations. You operate machines during the production process. You keep the production hall tidy and neat. You prepare goods for transport. 

Packer

As a packer, you ensure the smooth and correct processing of the products at your machine every day.You monitor the proper flow of the products on your machine.You ensure the correct supply and removal of the products.You carry out the necessary quality checks during the work.You keep your workplace tidy and orderly.You report malfunctions and solve them yourself if possible.You work in 2 shifts.

Leading the team and working on the shop floorDistributing work and making schedulesMonitoring quality, safety, and resultsIdentifying and solving problemsBridge between team and management 

Packaging team leader

As a packer, you ensure daily a smooth and correct processing of the products at your machine.You monitor the proper flow of the products on your machine.You ensure the correct supply and removal of the products.You carry out the necessary quality checks during the work.You keep your workplace neat and orderly.You report malfunctions and solve them yourself if possible.You work the fixed night shift. 

Packer - Night

Manually and mechanically pack food products, with an eye for fine work and a fast paceCarry out quality checks on product, weight and packagingHelp with cleaning the machine and the work areaThis is mainly about a FLEXI job. We are looking for someone who can still help out on various days 

You are responsible for carefully packing and vacuuming meat products to ensure optimal quality and freshness.You operate the modern machines and ensure that the production line runs smoothly and efficiently.Additionally, you perform quality checks on the finished products to guarantee they meet the highest standards.You actively contribute to the cleanup and maintenance of the workplace, with hygiene and order always being key.Thanks to your efforts, customers can rely on a safe and flavorful product.

Production Operator

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for:Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production processesChecking process parameters and settingsPerforming quality control and recording process dataReporting and resolving minor technical issues-Cooperating with the maintenance department on technical problemsEnsuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environmentProper handover of information between shifts

As an operator, you are responsible together with your colleague for ensuring the smooth running of the production process within our growing SME.You alternately operate the upgraded gluing machine and the laying machine.This means that you ensure the correct setting of both machines according to the required parameters on a daily basis, always focusing on the highest product quality.You manage the supply and scanning of raw materials such as plates, front and back covers, ensuring the production process never comes to a halt.You perform quality checks so that the products always meet the stringent standards of our sector.Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the supply of raw materials and ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
