Production Operator

As an operator in the glass industry, you ensure that production proceeds smoothly, safely, and according to schedule.You operate and supply (semi-)automatic machines and keep the line running.You monitor production parameters and make adjustments where necessary to keep the process stable.You prepare the correct raw material mix and oversee the production processes (manufacturing, preparation, filling, and packaging).You carry out quality controls and record deviations so that products meet specifications.You are responsible for maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas to minimize malfunctions and downtime.

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the packaging and weighing machines in a cooled production environment.Your duties include, among other things:Operating and setting up the packaging and weighing machineChecking the quality and accuracy of the weighing and packaging processDetecting and reporting or resolving minor technical malfunctionsPerforming metal detection tests and ensuring a tidy, safe workplaceYou work in a 3-shift system: 6–14, 14–22 or 22–6 

Packing Operator

As a wood operator, you work with semi-automatic planing machines and ensure a consistent finish of wooden products. You correctly set up semi-automatic planing machines according to production instructions. You operate the machines and monitor the process during production. You check the quality of the planed wood and report deviations in finish or dimensions. You ensure the finishing and work precisely with attention to detail. You work according to the applicable safety regulations on the shop floor. You keep your workstation orderly and tidy during and after production. You coordinate with colleagues and your supervisor to achieve production targets. 

Woodworking Operator

For the site in Wielsbeke, we are looking for an operator for the "packaging" department. What are your tasks?You package frozen potato products, such as fries, with great care and precisionYou set up the computer-controlled machinesYou check the quality of the productsYou solve problems when breakdowns occurYou replace the foil rolls when necessaryYou clean and rebuild the machinesYou assist your colleagues if you have time and your machine is working well

As a production employee butterfly, you will be deployed in various departments within our production environment.One day a week, you are responsible for mechanically and manually packing door panels in our packaging department. As a labeler, you apply correct labels on packaged meat products, ensuring that all product, logistical, and traceability information is clearly and in compliance with applicable regulations on the packaging. You apply labels to packaging using a labeling machine or, where necessary, manually. You check per product whether the correct label is being used. You label type of meat, weight, date, batch number, barcode, allergens, and origin, among other things. You correctly set up the labeling machine and monitor its operation. You adjust the format, position, and content of the label according to the product. You perform basic checks and resolve simple malfunctions or errors. You check the quality and readability of the applied labels. You verify that all information is correctly displayed on the packaging. You immediately report discrepancies or incorrect information to the supervisor or quality department. You ensure that all traceability information is present. You work according to internal procedures, collaborating with other departments and recording necessary data. You coordinate with colleagues from packaging, logistics, and quality assurance. You strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety rules according to HACCP. 

As an operator, you are responsible together with your colleague for ensuring the smooth running of the production process within our growing SME.You alternately operate the upgraded gluing machine and the laying machine.This means that you ensure the correct setting of both machines according to the required parameters on a daily basis, always focusing on the highest product quality.You manage the supply and scanning of raw materials such as plates, front and back covers, ensuring the production process never comes to a halt.You perform quality checks so that the products always meet the stringent standards of our sector.Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the supply of raw materials and ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
